At Civil Works Scaffolding we believe in fostering great working relationships for all stakeholders by creating a safe, healthy and equal opportunity working environment.  We strive to not only be the best but to be the safest as well.

To achieve these high standards all staff from the managing director through to the labourers receive training and are encouraged to act and think safely on a daily basis whilst working, so we can ensure no accidents or incidents either physical or to the environment occur.

Maintaining high health and safety standards is paramount and we achieve this with operational efficiencies, both at the yard and on site.  By having a strong commitment to comply with legislation, regulatory requirements, codes of practices and best practice guidelines and exceed these requirements where possible.  Encouraging all CWS employees to strive to create safe working environments and by participating in hazard identification, developing safe procedures.
